*Accomodation: In a share or private room in a boutique ocean front apartment. Friday 8th - Sunday 10th August 2025. (Night of Sunday, check out on Monday 11th is an optional extra).
*Catering: Breakfasts, lunches and a dinner - freshly prepared, healthy and delicious.
*Drinks & Snacks: Tea, Coffee and fruit available throughout the day. (Downstairs is a cafe serving "real coffees" at own expense)
*Connectivity: Free WiFI
*Activities: Daily workshops and guided exercises, with a professional certified trainer, including daily meditation, daily beach yoga, and selected mini-workshop inclusions (upon registering and deposit payment, you will be provided a menu of workshop/exercises you chose from, pre retreat arrival).

*All 5 star resort facilities including offsite gym and 3 onsite pools (plus award winning restaurant and day spa as optional onsite features).
